We started Outdoor Wellness and Recovery because we believed something simple: people deserve to feel good in their own backyard.

We saw a growing movement of people taking their health seriously, not just inside the gym, but outside it. Cold plunges at sunrise. Sauna sessions after a long week. Red light therapy as part of a real daily routine. These were no longer luxury rituals reserved for elite athletes or high-end spas. They were becoming a way of life.

But finding the right equipment was harder than it should have been. The market was crowded with confusing options, inconsistent quality, and brands that cared more about the sale than the experience after it.

So we built something different.
